Posting history and personal development/history

I've been looking at my post history at ngemu, especially in the bin and even more so in the random thoughts thread, and it was like three years of personal development in forum posts. It was amazing to see how the tone of my posts started to change as I matured. Looking through the things I've talked about in the random thoughts thread (more recently even here at xtemu) it's almost like a documentation of my life. Breaking up with my ex girlfriend, when I started dating Katie, problems I've had with my mom/stepdad, moving out, other random life events, etc.

It's amazing, really. Try it, look through your post history, you'll probably bring about a few memories. Even if you haven't posted as much about your life events as I have, you'll probably notice the change in your tone. Maybe you'll learn a few things you've forgotten about yourself over the years.

Yeah, things sure do change. I remember back when I first got into the emulation scene I barely knew anything about computers, now I am extremely knowledgeable in anything computer related and even built my own rig.

A year or so prior to registering at Ngemu/Emuforums, I had no idea what emulation was or that it was even possible to play console or handheld games on your PC through emulation. Boy how time sure does fly, things are a lot different for me today than back four years ago. :P
