		<title>Windows 7/Vista Poor Quality Images Output</title>

		<description><![CDATA[There seems to be a problem with the way windows 7 & Vista handles images, it appears that the build in Photo Gallery Viewer apply's some kind of Jpeg compression to the images resulting in poor quality.<br /><br />But here are some examples for a better understanding:<br /><br />Here is how it shows using Windows 7/Vista "set as background method" or via Photo Gallery:<br /><br /><img src="http://i31.tinypic.com/2e2ndyd.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />(The poor quality is also verry noticeable around the text)<br /><br />And here it is with any other software (i used irfan view in this case to set as wallpaper) or with windows xp photo viewer:<br /><br /><img src="http://i25.tinypic.com/2ptbfir.png" border="0" class="linked-image" /><br /><br />PS: here is a link to the wallpaper if you wanna try this yourselves: <a href="http://strike105x.deviantart.com/art/8-6-Presentation-by-Strike105X-126982643" target="_blank">link</a>]]></description>
