Quick credit to Omegadox for the private tip at XTemu
Quoting him about Dolphin-emu-Playground:

Quote

"The plan is to make a dev bias Dolphin with many dev controls, and hacks. It is to understand Dolphin better and the Gamecube/Wii system through it. I want to make a doc on the stuff."

Note: Dolphin-emu-Playground is not an official Dolphin project.

cheating could be cool specifically, as well as some nicer framelimiting/skipping. Experimental stuff could be fun too, and not be specific to emulation speed.

Graphic shaders or integrated support for scene models dumping wouldnt be bad ("nextgen screnshots" ?)

I have tried that before, it'll be some work because the game can use more than 1 instance of a vertex loader. I might try hacking the vertex loaders so they are faster somehow.
