The download system has now been upgraded to version 2.1.0, please report any problems pertaining to the upgrade in this thread. The following groups now have permission to upload files:

VIP Members
VIP Members+
Coders
Donors

All files that are uploaded by all non-staff groups will be placed in a moderation queue where they will be reviewed, approved or denied by the staff.
